Refund Policy — Hypnos

At Hypnos, customer satisfaction is our priority. Because our products are made-to-order and sourced from specialized suppliers, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or customer error. Please verify all product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.

However, we offer full support in the following cases:

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or video proof

  • Your order number

Once verified, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will work directly with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund once confirmed.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once production or fulfillment has started. If your order is still in processing, we may be able to assist—contact us as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Worn or used items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Customized or limited-edition items
