1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once fulfillment has begun.

Due to extremely high order volumes during the holiday season, all deliveries may take longer than usual.

2. Shipping Time


Please note the updated estimated delivery times below:

  • Canada: 10–20 business days

  • United States: 10–20 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, courier backlogs, and the general increase in holiday shipments.

3. Shipping Costs

Hypnos offers free worldwide shipping, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Any additional import duties, customs fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 2–7 days for tracking updates to appear, especially for international shipments.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information.
Hypnos Gear is not liable for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages resulting from wrong or incomplete addresses

Re-shipping fees may apply if the order is returned due to incorrect information.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

A package is considered lost only after the carrier confirms it.

If your package is delayed or missing:

  1. Contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

  2. If unresolved, contact us at hypnosgear.co@gmail.com.

We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund if the carrier confirms a loss.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

We will provide a replacement or refund once verified.


8. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide.
Some regions may experience longer delivery times depending on customs and local couriers.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring the product can be legally imported into their country.
